I have been in the Fitness Industry for over 25 years. After a 16 year successful career with Pacific Bell I realized that I had a passion for helping others lead happier healthier lives through Fitness and Nutrition. I am a certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, and Pilates Instructor. I am an avid runner, having completed 7 marathons including Boston 3 times and Tokyo, as well as numerous half marathons. I enjoy weight lifting and HIIT (High Intensity Interval) Training and Pilates
