After completing a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and achieving the Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist certification from the NSCA, I started my Personal Training career. I moved to the Bay Area in 2005 and have enjoyed working with a variety of clients. I train people of all ages and abilities. The youngest I have trained is 8 years old and the oldest is 85.
I enjoy working with both the general population and athletes. Some of the things I help people with are: weight loss, body toning, strength training, flexibility, fat loss and nutritional guidance. Whatever your health & fitness goals are we can achieve them together!
