Health & Fitness really began for me before I was even born. My grandfather, whom I am named after, passed away the year before I was born due to cardiovascular arrest from an unhealthy lifestyle. His early passing led my father to lead a very healthy lifestyle. To this day, my father, my family, and I enjoy running various foot races together. In turn, my father’s example influenced me towards healthy living and fitness.
I have my Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training and a minor in Nutrition. I am certified through the National Strength & Conditioning Association as a CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist), in which a B.S. degree is required. I have had the fortune of working in a Physical Therapy environment for 6 yrs, and athletics, health, and fitness since 1999. Through the years, I have been able to help a client lose 100 lbs, aid a stroke victim towards walking again after paralysis, and direct several young athletes towards gaining college scholarships. I look forward to helping you and yours do and be your best.
